A real-time knowledge retrieval system proper to a ubiquitous network environment is provided to secure the mobility of previous internet-based knowledge retrieval service and enable the retrieval service linking among heterogeneous systems. A real-time knowledge retrieval system under a ubiquitous network environment comprises a query/answer management system(40), which is connected to plural user terminals(10,20,30) through a ubiquitous network, and a query/answer DB(50). The query/answer management system includes a query/answer contents analysis module(41), a knowledge point management module(42), and a query/answer transferring module(43). The query/answer contents analysis module analyzes the query contents that a user who connects to the system through a ubiquitous network makes out as well as the answering contents from the answerer who makes the answer to the query. The knowledge point management module allocates knowledge points to the answerer and manages the knowledge pints. The query/answer transferring module transfers the query contents that a questioner makes out to the answerer through the ubiquitous network as well as the answering contents that the answerer makes out to the questioners. When one is selected from the plural answers to the query, the query/answer DB matches the query content with the selected answer content and stores the matched results.
