A water purifier for washing and cooking water is provided to supply washing water and weak alkalinity water having rich mineral, to eat without dislike if taking advantage of water supplied through the water purifier and to make the food taste good in case of being used as water for cooking. A water purifier for washing and cooking of water comprise the first filter(10), the purifier(20) and the second filter(30). The first filter comprises a PP(Polypropylene) filter(11) for removing foreign materials like rust remnant and suspended materials from raw water supplied to a supply tube. The purifier includes a pi-cartridge filter to purify water filtered from first filter. The second filter includes the carbon block filter(31) to filter water cleaned in the purifier. The pi-cartridge filter of the purifier contains a bamboo charcoal layer(21), a coral sand layer(22), a magnetite layer(24) and a tourmaline layer(25). The bamboo charcoal layer removes odor from the water. The coral sand layer contains large amount of calcium in water by eluting large amount of calcium. The coral sand layer makes alkali water. The magnetite layer changes properties of the water by releasing a magnetic force. The tourmaline layer changes the property of the water by emitting a negative ion and changes to the water having rich minerals.
