Pimple treatment apparatus and method are provided to improve the pimple treatment efficiency by using the light. A treatment apparatus comprises a housing(12), a blue light source(18), a red light source(16), a yellow light source(20), and a driving member. The driving member is installed within the housing and operates the blue light source, the red light source and yellow light source so that it irradiates the mixed light of the blue light, the red light and the yellow light to the skin. The output power of the red light is 1.6 - 2 times if the output power of the yellow light is 1. The output power of the blue light is 2.5 - 3 times if the output power of the yellow light is 1.
