A connector is provided to increase the coupling force between a socket contact and a header contact. A socket housing(11) is formed in an insert groove part(15). A socket having a socket contact(12) is mounted in the socket housing, is bent inside the insert groove part and is soldered to a conductive pattern of a circuit board. An insert convex unit is formed on the header housing. A header is mounted in the header housing and formed along with the outer circumference of the insert convex unit. And the header has a header contact soldered to the conductive pattern of the circuit board. In a connector, the socket contact is conductively connected to the header contact like a bullet shoot. In the connector, the contact portion between the socket contact and the header contact is pressed to make an oblique portion. Separation between both contacts is prevented by the oblique portion.
