A method for producing urethane paint containing urushiol is provided to manufacture a product which is environment-friendly and healthful by ensuring a far infrared ray radiation effect, and an effect of intercepting electromagnetic wave and excellent antibacterial effect. A method for producing urethane paint containing urushiol comprises a urushiol isolation step for separating a urushiol layer dissolved in an organic solvent by centrifuging after mixing lacquer and organic solvent; a urushiol extraction step for heating the separated urushiol layer to remove ethanol and moisture so as to extract urushiol; and a urushiol.urethane paint solution manufacturing step for mixing the extracted urushiol with the urethane paint to prepare urethane paint containing urushiol.
