A backlight module is provided to improve the light efficiency of the light guide plate by controlling the light reflection angle of the light guide plates. A backlight module comprises a light guide plate, a light source(3), and a light reflection film(4). The light guide plate assembly consists of upper light guide plate, and lower light guide plate. The light source is placed on the sided of the light guide plate assembly to facing the light incidence surface of the assembly. The light reflection film is placed under the light guide plate assembly.
