The dressing (100) has a foil-like cover element fastened to a healthy skin around a wound (3). A liquids absorbing unit (10) is utilized during liquid absorption at volumes and partially fills respective area between a wound surface and the cover element. The liquids absorbing unit is covered by the cover element, where the cover element has a unit provided such that the cover element is accommodated and continuously extended in a condition of the volume absorption of the liquids absorbing unit which is fastened to the skin of a patient. |
