A Bacillus amyloliquefaciens A-7 strain is provided to have the remarkable preventing effect to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum or Bottom rot. The Bacillus amyloliquefaciens A-7 strain effectively prevents the Sclerotinia sclerotiorum or the Bottom rot. And the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens A-7 strain is used as the safe biological agricultural chemicals for organism. A composition for the plant pathogen or the prevention of fungi comprises a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens A-7 strain or a culture material thereof as the active ingredient. An additive is selected from the group consisting of a biopolymer, a protecting agent and a nutriment. The biopolymer is selected from corn starch, the modified starch, tapioca starch, fermented soybeans powder, rice bran, sun cream, sun size, pregel, sun cap, sun super gel, sun batter and sun tender. The protecting agent is selected from unpolished rice oil and olive oil. The nutriment is selected from sucrose and fructose.
