A method for preparing functional foods using propolis extracts is provided to maximize the function useful to the human body of the propolis extract and to reduce the human body rejection in intake by dissolving the propolis extract by not using ethanol, using honeybee larva and, although the ethanol is used, by using the specific functional material useful to the human body. Functional foods using propolis extracts are prepared by mixing and stirring honeybee larva 30 ~ 40wt%, propolis powder 15 ~ 20wt%, rubi Fructus 30 ~ 40wt%, deep sea water or painted maple water 15 ~ 20wt% and aging the mixture at 0-10 deg.C for 6-12 months.
