A soldering apparatus is provided to perform a soldering process of cold cathode fluorescent lamp with a soldering process of external electrode fluorescent lamp. A soldering apparatus comprises a first conveyor(11) which arranges and transfers a plurality of cold cathode and external electrode fluorescent lamps; a cutter portion cutting the electrode wire equipped in both ends of the cold cathode fluorescent lamp; a pair of electrode inserter(20) for inserting electrode into both ends of the external electrode fluorescent lamp; the first robot(50) transferred the external electrode fluorescent lamp; the first preprocessing unit (30) performing the oxide film removal, and the flux coating and tin dipping; the first solder bath for soldering one side end of the fluorescent lamp; the stacking device piling up the fluorescent lamp; the second robot the fluorescent lamp; the second preprocessing unit performing the oxide film removal, and the flux coating and tin dipping to the other end side of the fluorescent lamp; and the second solder bath for soldering the other end side of the fluorescent lamp.
