摘要 A centrifugal force-based microfluidic device is provided to improve the accuracy of determining a home position of the microfluidic device, a microfluidic system with the microfluidic device is provided, and a method for determining a home position of the microfluidic device is provided. A centrifugal force-based microfluidic system(100) comprises: a microfluidic device(101) comprising a rotatable platform(102), and a light path(105) straightly extending in the horizontal direction from an outer periphery of the platform; a motor(125) for controllably rotating the microfluidic device; a light emitting part(130) for projecting light onto the microfluidic device; a light receiving part(133) for sensing light projected from the light emitting part; and a controller(135) for determining a position of the light emitting part at a time when the light projected from the light emitting part is sensed in the light receiving part as a home position of the light emitting part, wherein the light projected from the light emitting part is received into the light receiving part via the light path only when the microfluidic device is at a preset position. The microfluidic device further comprises a sample chamber(111), a bead chamber(112), a mixing chamber(114), a buffer chamber(113), a waste chamber(116), a reaction chamber, and valves(117-119). The microfluidic system further comprises a reaction detector(137) for detecting an optical signal caused by a reaction between a detection probe and a substrate, and an external energy source(138) for supplying energy to the valves.
