A vacuum brake booster with a mechanical emergency braking assistance device is provided to flow atmospheric pressure to a variable pressure chamber of a chamber unit by forming an atmosphere flowed space, using difference of relative speeds and relative distance between a plunger and a control valve. A vacuum brake booster with a mechanical emergency braking assistance device comprises a control valve unit(10), an operation plunger(12), a chamber unit(30), and a sleeve assembly(17). The control valve unit is installed with an operation plunger interlocking with an operating rod(1), and placed with a reaction disk(13) and a reaction piston(14) sequentially. The operation plunger includes an extension bar position end and a stopper position end. The sleeve assembly includes a sleeve, a stopper(19), and a stopper spring.
