FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, particularly to production of steel out of secondary raw materials on base of scrap. The method includes charging of scrap through a charge unit into a heating system, then heating of scrap in the system with a hot gas. Further scrap is supplied into a melting unit where it melts with utilising exclusively primary energy. Process gases exhausted out of the melting unit are utilised for heating of gas for pre-heating of scrap, for example, for pre-heating of air or inert gas, owing to which there is achieved power, aerohydrodynamic and space division of processes of heating, melting and afterburning, what facilitates reduction of dust contents in process gas at the exhaust and high power efficiency of the process. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of steel production with reduction of dust contents in process gas at exhaust. ^ 14 cl, 4 dwg |
