发明名称 METHOD FOR IMMOBILIZING OF BIOMATERIALS ON FULLERENE NANO STRUCTURES
摘要 An immobilization method for biomaterial on fullerene nano structure is provided to obtain various biochips, biosensors etc. from various types of fullerene nano structure by altering the surface of fullerene structure into hydrophilic state by means of pyrene series. An immobilization method for biomaterial on fullerene nano structure comprises steps of: (a) altering the surface of fullerene nano structure by means of pyrene series compound; (b) introducing a linker which binds to biomaterial on the altered surface; and (c) anchoring biomaterial on the fullerene nano structure having the linker. An alternative immobilization method for biomaterial on fullerene nano structure comprises steps of: (a) introducing a linker which binds to biomaterial on the altered surface, concurrently with altering the surface of fullerene nano structure into hydrophilic state; and (b) anchoring biomaterial on the fullerene nano structure having the linker on the altered surface. The fullerene nano structure is selected from a group consisting of nano-rod, nanotube, nanocube, nanosphere and nanoprism. Optionally, an auxiliary agent, which enhances the dispersing activity of fullerene nano structure is added to the composition comprising pyrene series compounds before the step (a). Further, the auxiliary agent is sodiumdoecylbenzensulfonic acid.
