FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to knock-down joints between glass pipes and metal couplings, for example, to lapped joints normally used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. In compliance with this invention, a spring is used to press the clamping ring to the collet to form a friction link there between. Note that the coupling has an outer thread for the said collet to be screwed thereon. Note also that annular ledges are made so that, on clamping the collet, there is a minor gap between the said ledges and outer cylindrical surface of the glass pipeline, while their inner surfaces can interact with the collar of the pipeline being connected. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability of joint. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
