FIELD: physics, measurement. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for making charts of efficient electric properties of different types of forest environment, which are necessary for calculations of communication radio lines. Device for method implementation according to invention contains antenna for reception of vertical electric En component of electromagnet field and antenna for reception of horizontal magnet Htau component of electromagnet field, which is connected to the inlet of microvoltmeter-phasemeter. For accurate measurement of electric field and for increase of its capacity, asymmetrical electric antenna is made of four wires of copper antenna cable soldered at the ends along cylinder generatrix with diameter of fourty millimeters, asymmetrical electric antenna is suspended with its top end, to bottom end of asymmetrical electric antenna source follower is suspended with high inlet resistance, through which asymmetrical electric antenna is connected to inlet of microvoltmeter-phasemeter, at that asymmetrical electric antenna is stretched by weight of source follower and is kept in strictly vertical position. ^ EFFECT: determination of efficient value of electric resistance and dielectric permeability of forest environment. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
