摘要 FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to volume-porous electrode material with regulated geometric dimensions of structure for implementation in electrochemical and electrocatalytic processing of fuel elements and in other related sectors. The electrode material consists of mono or multicomponent conductive base (made, for example, out of metal, alloy and other conductive compounds) which possess volume-porous structure in form of a net of through holes, uniformly distributed on the whole surface of the electrode material and located perpendicular to the surface of the electrode material or at a tilt to it; the formation of the base is performed by means of regulated volume modification of the base structure of the electrode material with certain physic and/or chemical methods (for example, with chemical or electrochemical etching, laser technology of material treatment, lithography with appropriate dimensions of linear resolution and others). The conducting base can have mono or multicomponent coating (submonolayer, monolayer or multilayer in thickness) applied onto the surface of the electrode material by means of chemical, electrochemical or another method after carrying out the phase of volume modification of the structure.
