Movable returning unit for micro stitching unit is designed with internal hollow in the shape of inner channel ending up with de Laval nozzle directed to nose part of micro-stitching unit rushing into micro stitching unit brakes. Air channel of movable returning unit is connected with air receiver by means of choke, flexible hose and pneumatic needle electro valve controlled by electrical diagram. In its turn, air receiver is connected to feed main line of compressed air or to individual or group compressor. Invention ensures effective braking of micro stitching unit, cooling of micro stitching unit and braking plates, removal of abrasive wear products. ^ EFFECT: improvement of reliable stitching unit breaking, extension of breaking unit life time and improvement of speed potential at STB-type weaving machine. ^ 6 cl, 6 dwg |
