FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: device includes ballast units, stacked on hoisting crane basic running gear and catch. Device contains communication facilities which are not constant by means of engagement between catch and ballast unit, and also facilities assigned for centering relating to each other stacked ballast units. These inconstant communication facilities are formed by two opposite to each other catch grapple, mounted rotatable in end areas of catch cross arm and interacted with transverse axis of ballast unit.
