FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: conveyor contains columns, indefinitely closed on barrels belt, edges of which are oriented on carrying run in vertical plane with fixed on belt edges with equal distance lengthwise of it circuit slide blocks with ability of its interaction with fixed on columns runners. Each runner is implemented as set of in alignment located magnets of round shape in a cross-section, which are fixed on ""-shaped columns by the instrumentality of located in longitudinal slotted cut of carriers runner made of nonmagnetic material. Bottom, free ends of which are dovetail-shaped and top are fixed on horizontal columns top beams. Each slide block is implemented as square clamp, to the basis of which is affixed belt edge. On sidewalls of clamp there are fixed magnets with ability of its coverage from two sides with annular gap of runner. Each magnet is located with ability of runner coverage on arc of a circle, corresponding to central angle more then 90 degrees subject to minimum clearance between top edge of magnet and carrier. Shape of each magnet cross section is formed by rectangle with circular cutout from the runner side. Top edge of magnet is located with exceed over runner. ^ EFFECT: reliability improvement of conveyor operating and fundamental reduction of cargo conveying energy content. ^ 1 dwg |
