DEHYDRATION SYSTEM FOR KITCHEN WASTE

A method for efficiently separating a liquid component from food waste by employing a waste pipeline transfer system is provided to distribute and reduce the operation load of the waste pipeline transfer system. A food waste dehydrating system comprises: a liquid permeable waste supporting part(11), a liquid discharge part(12), and an upper fixing ring(13) provided at a location of an upper side portion of a lower end of a lower chute(4) contacting a discharge valve(7) to temporarily support introduced wet food waste; a liquid collecting part(20) connected to a lower side portion of the lower chute to collect a liquid component separated from the introduced wet food waste; a compressed air supply source(21) connected to a compressed air tank(23) to supply compressed air into the chute; and an upper compressed air supply pipe(24) connected to an upper chute(3) to pressurize and supply compressed air to wet food waste in the chute, and a lower compressed air supply pipe(25) for removing food waste remnants stuck to the liquid permeable waste supporting part and a lower liquid collecting pipe(17) for collecting the separated liquid component, wherein a space part is formed in an inner part of the liquid collecting part, and the liquid collecting part is connected to the lower liquid collecting pipe, a liquid drainpipe(18), and a ventilation pipe(19) to store a predetermined amount of the liquid component temporarily.
