FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: machine is arranged with the application of building-block principle and consists of the following units: unit of upper roll, unit of side and/or lower rolls, unit of main drive of rollers rotation, unit in the form of frame with stands equipped with hydraulic drives with hydraulic reservoir. Unit of upper roll contains upper roll with supports, which is made detachable since one of upper roll supports is installed with the possibility of vertical displacement and dismantling from roll and the second support is fixed in stand with the possibility of its detachment from stand due to independent design of the stand itself. Unit of side and/or lower rolls contains side and/or lower rolls that are installed on stems of hydraulic cylinders with the possibility of disconnection by means of slick joint with fitting of roller lifting hydraulic cylinder stem motion with sliding bar that bears roll. Unit of main drive of rollers rotation contains electric motor, brake and reduction gear installed on intermediate plate with the possibility of its installation and detachment from frame. ^ EFFECT: expansion of technological resources. ^ 5 dwg |
