METHOD OF VACUUM DRYING AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

FIELD: food products. ^ SUBSTANCE: liquid agent is delivered to a condenser of a condensing system together with water vapour producing antifreezing water solution for preventing formation of ice coating on the condenser. Agent vapour is also used for low-temperature sterilisation of the drying chamber. Cooled agent water solution is used as working fluid in liquid ring vacuum pump. It ensures removal of non-condensable gases from the chamber. The pump housing is fitted with several suction inlets which are connected to the drying chamber by separate pipes. In case of limit rarefication at least one of the inlets functions in a pumping mode. So that vapour of vacuum pump working fluid circulates through the drying chamber and removes all non-condensable gases. ^ EFFECT: liquid agent adsorbs water vapour released from a product. ^ 11 cl, 2 dwg
