摘要 A light emitting diode illuminating device is provided to perform omni-directional radiation by arranging a light emitting diode of a circular shape having a widen radiation range. A light emitting diode illuminating device includes a first lead frame(121), a second lead frame(122), a light emitting diode die(123), a conducting wire(124), an encapsulation unit(125), and a light reflective layer(126). The light emitting diode die is installed on the second lead frame. The conducting wire connects the light emitting diode die to the first lead frame electrically. The encapsulation unit exposes a stepped unit of the first and second lead frames, and encapsulates the light emitting diode and the conducting wire. A slant plane is formed on a side of a front end of the encapsulation unit. The light reflective layer of a white color is printed to cover a slant plane of the encapsulation unit. The light emitting diodes are arranged in circular shape on a substrate so that the slant plane is inwardly arranged from a substrate.
