FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new organic-inorganic composite porous film, as well as to electrochemical device which contains it and method of its production. According to invention organic-inorganic composite porous film contains: (a) porous base, which has pores; and (b) active layer, formed by covering base surface or part of pores in base with mixture of inorganic particles and binding polymer; inorganic particles in active layer are interrelated with each other and fixed with binding polymer; free spaces between inorganic particles form porous structure, with inorganic particles containing at least some, selected from group, which consists of: (i) inorganic particles with piezoelectric effect; and (ii) inorganic particles with lithium - ionic conductivity. ^ EFFECT: increase of heat safety and quality of electrochemical device. ^ 17 cl, 8 dwg, 3 tbl, 13 ex. |
