In two sectors of fuselage top part are located folded to each other metal plates (3), jointed to each other by flexible material (4). To the bottom and top plates (3) are affixed beckets (5). Beckets ends (5) of bottom plate (3) are affixed to one stringer (1), and beckets ends (5) of top plate (3) are affixed to other stringer.
