FIELD: technological processes; mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: foam generator contains casing with nozzles for supply of foam generating solution and compressed air, which represents main mixing chamber. Nozzles in the form of truncated cones with through openings are installed in chamber in many levels one inside another with provision of circular gap. Casing is elongated to the side of product output with formation of additional chamber filled with ceramic chips with size of 5-10 mm. Reflector in the form of conical spring with pitch of turns less than size of ceramic chips is installed in the bottom. Volume of additional chamber makes at least 3/4 of mixing chamber volume, and diameter of additional chamber is preferably five times more than diameter of diffuser mixing chamber. ^ EFFECT: reduction of power intensity of process of fine-grained foam production by application of lower working pressures. ^ 6 cl, 1 dwg |
