A diffuser prism sheet including an amorphous light diffuser of a protrusion shape on a valley of a prism and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) using the same are provided to form the light diffuser on the valley of the prism, thereby simultaneously providing a function of refracting light emitted from a light guide plate in a fixed direction and a function of diffusing light. A diffuser prism sheet comprises the following. A base film(200) is made from transparent material. A light refracting unit(210) is formed in one surface of the base film. Plural unit prisms(211) having a predetermined section shape are arranged in one direction in the light refracting unit. An amorphous polyhedral light diffuser having a protrusion shape is formed in a valley of neighboring unit prisms of the light refracting unit.
