<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of simplifying a manufacturing process of a fuel cell stack, of allowing industrial mass production of the fuel cell stack to be carried out, and of improving power generation performance of the fuel cell by effectively supplying a fuel gas to the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: This solid oxide fuel cell comprises: a fuel cell stack equipped with a plurality of tubular cells of fuel cells, and conductive members electrically connecting the cells of fuel cells to one another; and a holding member surrounding the fuel cell stack. The solid oxide fuel cell is characterized in that the holding member is provided with a pressing means applying pressure toward an electrical series direction of the fuel cell stack, and a fixation means fixing the holding member itself. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
