摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep temperature difference between a fuel electrode side and an air electrode side of a fuel cell to be low by using an oxidizer gas and reducing gas when stopped as well as at starting up time. <P>SOLUTION: A supply path of reducing gas from a reducing combustion burner B2 to a power generation chamber 1 is divided in a first supply path L9 and a second supply path L10. The first supply path L9 is provided with a valve V9. The second supply path L10 is provided with the valve V10 and a cooling heat exchanger 10. At the starting up of a fuel cell system, the valve V9 is turned on and the hot reducing gas from the reducing combustion burner B2 is directly introduced into the power generation chamber 1 (fuel electrode of SOFC). When the fuel cell system is stopped, the valve V10 is turned on, and the reducing gas from the reducing combustion burner B2 is led to pass the cooling heat exchanger 10, to be cooled, and then guided to the power generation chamber 1 (fuel electrode of SOFC). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
