<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disease cell-targeting probe bound to the disease cell in high selectivity, enabling a medicament to be delivered disease cell-specifically, and enabling the disease cell to be specifically distinguished. <P>SOLUTION: The disease cell-targeting probe is obtained by linking an affinity domain specifically bound to the target molecule of the disease cell, with an inhibition domain for inhibiting the affinity domain from bound to the target molecule, by a cleavable cite cleaved by a disease cell-specific proteolytic enzyme. The number of the affinity domains may be two or more each bound to a different target molecule of two or more disease cells.
