PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove noise in an image by filtering in an image processor 3 for performing image processing. SOLUTION: As an example, a filter mode determination means 13 determines filter mode with respect to an object in an image picked up by an imaging means 1 which picks up an image on the basis of the information of a distance between the object and the imaging means 1, and the filtering means 13 executes filtering to the object by using the filter modes determined by the filter mode determination means 13. As another example, a conversion means 13 converts the image of a first coordinate system being a coordinate system in photographing into the image of a second coordinates system installed on a plane as a reference, and the filtering means 13 executes filtering to the object in the image of the second coordinates system converted by the conversion means 13 with fixed filter modes.
