<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform selection of an appropriate cell and a cell movement under environment where HSDPA corresponding cells and HSDPA non-corresponding cells are mixed. <P>SOLUTION: When a communication terminal is connected to the cell, whether or not it is the HSDPA corresponding cell is decided and when the cell corresponds to HSDPA, the communication terminal stores cell information in a data base. The communication terminal measures receiving quality of transfer cell candidates and when the receiving quality is larger than a threshold and information about the movement candidate cells is stored in the data base, adds a correction value to the receiving quality.
