PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable communication between one's dwelling unit and a specified dwelling unit, in an interphone system having a housing information panel provided in a dwelling unit, a collective entrance unit provided at a collective entrance and a control device for controlling an interphone call between the housing information panel and the collective entrance unit. SOLUTION: The system has a message storage part for storing a code and a message content by making them associate with each other, a dwelling unit number setting part for setting a dwelling unit number of a place to which a message is notified, a transmission part which sends a signal composed of a code corresponding to the message content and the address information of the notifier, a determination part for determining whether or not the address information of the signal is the dwelling unit number set in the dwelling unit number setting part and an annunciation means for annunciating the message content when the notifier of the signal is the dwelling unit number set in the dwelling unit number setting part.
