PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment controller that controls the frequency of a power supply section incorporated in equipment so that the noise of the power supply section will not affect a function of a frequency device incorporated in the equipment caused by the relation between the frequency of the power supply section and the frequency of the frequency device, when the frequency of the frequency device is varied. SOLUTION: The equipment controller comprises the power supply section 3, the frequency device 5 which operates with the power supplied from the power supply section and has its frequency varied suitably, and a power supply section frequency control means of performing control to vary the frequency of the power supply section so that when the frequency of the frequency device is varied, the frequency device is not affected by a noise generated by the power supply section due to the relation between the frequency of the power supply section and the frequency of the frequency device.
