PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fixing structure of a case which enhances the workability of fixing work while reducing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A cover 15 formed in a frame shape fittable to a rear case 2 of an electronic apparatus 1 is engaged with a flange 4 of the rear case 2. When four fixing metals 17A and 17B are fixed to four corners of a back board 6 of the rear case 2, the cover 15 is clamped by a contact board 19 and the flange 4. The electronic apparatus 1 is fixed to a wall 22 by screwing a screw 16 inserted into first and second screw insertion holes 15a and 19a into a screw hole 24 in the wall 22 in a state that the rear case 2 is buried in the recess 23 of the wall 22.
