PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil in which the space factor of a coil is increased, the lowering of strength caused by the deformation of the shape of the coil caused by a loss of the tensile strength of wiring is prevented, a fuse material which is high in cost is not used, and a heat dissipation property is improved compared with a coil using a self-fusing wire. SOLUTION: The coil comprises: a winding frame 5; enameled wires 2 that coat a plurality of layers of conductors 3 which are normally wound in the winding frame 5 to form insulation layers 4; and a thermoplastic resin in which a thermoplastic resin system 1 which is melt and solidified in gaps formed by the enameled wires 2 of upper and lower layers that contact with each other is disposed, wherein the enameled wires 2 of the upper and lower layers that contact with each other are adhered by the thermoplastic resin.
