PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin lens which is excellent in long-term heat stability and light transmission, permits reflow mounting, can reduce a variance in dimension and stress to mounted solder due to heat generation of an LED chip, can suppress dust addition because of low tackiness of silicone resin on the surface layer without increasing the amount used of expensive silicone resin, does not cause the falling of wires upon the mounting of a lens and LED element and can prevent breakage and cracking of the lens because of the flexibility of silicone rubber. SOLUTION: A bilayer lens capable of reflow mounting, which has a transparent resin molding part made of silicone resin as a surface layer and a transparent resin molding part made of silicone rubber as an inside layer is molded.
