PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic discharge measuring device for recognizing whether a discharge voltage applied to a device is at a level that would pose electrostatic hazard to the device. SOLUTION: An electrostatic discharge measuring device 21 for making a pseudo-reproduction of a discharge voltage that is applied to a device, when a charged body discharges static electricity to the device and measuring the discharge voltage includes an electric circuit 14 in which impedance from an electrode 3 via which electrostatic discharge is inputted to a grounding electrode 13 via which the electrostatic discharge is outputted is constituted as being equivalent to the input impedance of the device; a comparative circuit 26, connected to a signal line branching off from the electric circuit 14, which makes a comparison between the potential of a node between the electric circuit and the signal line and a predetermined voltage value that is at such a level as to cause electrostatic hazard to the device and outputs a signal, when the potential of the node is not less than the predetermined voltage value; and announcing means 28 for announcing an abnormality in accordance with the signal outputted from the comparative circuit.
