PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting rod assembly in which annular parts press-fitted into a large end portion and a small end portion are not deformed though its structure is simple. SOLUTION: This connecting rod assembly comprises: a stacked body 2 formed by stacking pressed plate-like stacking parts 2A-2F; and the pair of annular parts 3, 4 press-fitted into the fitting holes 2aa, 2ba of the large end portion 2a and the small end portion 2b formed on the stacked body 2. In the connecting rod assembly 1, the stacked number of parts at each of the large end portion 2a and the small end portion 2b of the stacked body 2 is larger than the stacked number of parts at a stacked body center part 2c between the large end portion 2a and the small end portion 2b, and the thickness of each of the large end portion 2a and the small end portion 2b is larger than that of the stacked body center part 2c.
