摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tidal current power generation facilities using a tidal current hydraulic turbine of high capacity and high efficiency, and excellent in economy in initial installation, ease in facility maintenance, and the like. SOLUTION: A hydraulic turbine rotor of the tidal current hydraulic turbine is composed by arranging and fixing three sets of hydraulic turbine blades joining each piece side long side with angles between each plate comprising three long plates set at about 120 degree at three sections with equal interval of 120 degree maintained on a rotor right and left both flat surface at a position where one of each hydraulic turbine blades is oriented to a rotor center. The tidal current hydraulic turbine comprises the hydraulic turbine rotor, a hydraulic turbine chamber of an outer surface reverse triangle pole restructure surrounding a slightly upper half of the hydraulic turbine rotor, a triangle pole structure body increasing velocity of tidal current to a lower part of the hydraulic turbine rotor, and a movable plate attached on the upper part of the triangle pole structure body, and efficiently converts regular and reverse tidal force of large flow rate to axial power. The tidal current power generation of high capacity and high efficiency, and excellent in economy in initial installation, ease in facility maintenance, and the like can be provided by installing submerged power generation facilities on the tidal current hydraulic turbine.
