PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable pad, easily constructible in a short time, without requiring a process of injecting a mixed raw material such as resin in construction. SOLUTION: This variable pad 10 is interposed between a rail 12 and a rail support 16 supporting this rail 12, and is formed by sealing an epoxy resin composition including a main agent using the following (A) as a main component and a hardening agent component using the following (B) - (D) as an essential component in a bag body 36.
