摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energization processing apparatus which can substantially uniformly perform energization processing of a belt-shaped material to be energized without generating scratches and abrasions on an energizing part of the belt-shaped material to be energization processed. SOLUTION: The energization processing apparatus 48A is equipped with a cathode power feeding roller 50A for performing powder while being feed brought into contact with a conductive metal part of a photosensitive web 18 and a plating tank 60A filled with a plating solution 61 which is provided downstream from the cathode power feeding roller 50A in the transfer direction of the photosensitive web 18. The surface of the cathode power feeding roller 50A is subjected to electric discharge processing and has a surface roughness Ry of preferably≥5 and <30μm, more preferably 10-25μm. At a position opposing to the cathode power feeding roller 50A across the photosensitive web 18, an elastic roller 52A for pressing the conductive metal part of the photosensitive web 18 toward the cathode power feeding roller 50A is arranged nearly horizontally with respect to the cathode power feeding roller 50A.
