PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated packaging bag wherein an erroneous drinking preventive function is arranged near a content extract outlet by use of a welded layer capable of showing an easy peeling-off property as the most internal layer so that an easy peeling-off seal portion near the content pouring spout is sealed by adjusting sealing temperature at a bag-making seal of the packaging bag. SOLUTION: In the laminated packaging bag using a resin material capable of sealing both the easily peeling-off seal (easily-exfoliative seal) and completely-welding seal by adjusting temperature rise and fall of bag-making sealing temperature of the packaging bag on the heat-welded layer as the innermost layer of the packaging bag 1, an external end of the packaging bag 1 is sealed in the process of bag-making by the completely-welding seal A, and an easy-exfoliative portion is arranged by the easy peeling-off seal B near the content extract outlet located inside rather than the external end of the packaging bag.
