PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image detector obtaining radiographic image data with resolution higher than a resolution of an A/D converter. SOLUTION: In reading charges accumulated in a photodiode 601 by switching a TFT 602, it is not that everything is read at a time, but that it is read over many times by time division.
