The invention provides a cuff ( 20 ) which comprises an expandable pneumatic bladder ( 202, 203, 204 ) and means to secure the bladder to a calf of a person, wherein the cuff ( 200 ) is arrangable, in use, to apply pressure to the calf. Also provided are a cuff assembly and a kit including a cuff or cuff assembly.
