A modified pressure brewing arrangement of the coffee-making machine includes a first subassembly (1) and a second subassembly (2) constituting the brewing chamber (3), a driving mechanism driving said first subassembly (1) to open and close said brewing chamber (3), and a pressure release valve (5). The pressure release valve (5) has a first coupling opening (50) connected to the brewing chamber (3), a second coupling opening (51) connected to the boiler of the coffee-making machine, a pressure release coupling opening (52), and a valve rod (53) which communicates said first coupling opening (50) with said pressure release coupling opening (52) in the initial state. A holding block (101) is arranged on said first subassembly (1). The valve rod (53) is pushed by the holding block (101) during the period of closing said brewing chamber (3), so that the first coupling opening (50) is communicated with the second coupling opening (51) and isn't communicated with the pressure release coupling opening (52). |
