<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoactuator that is used when an expansion and contraction operation of a driving piezoelement is transmitted to a movable member, and which can easily control the contact pressure among two or more members. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoactuator 1 includes the driving piezoelement 2, whose one end is fixed and performs an expansion/contraction linear motion by an applied voltage; a rod-like driving shaft 4 fitted to one face of the driving piezoelement 2; the movable member (rotator 5) arranged in a position which is brought into contact with the driving shaft 4; and a control piezoelement 6 whose one end is fixed, which performs the expansion/contraction linear motion by applied voltage and controls the contact pressure between the movable member and the driving shaft 4. The operating direction in the expansion/contraction linear motion of the driving piezoelement 2 and the operating direction in the expansion/contraction linear motion of the control piezoelement 6 are arranged so as to be orthogonal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
