PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of providing a content right management function without customizing an application, without being limited to a specific application.

SOLUTION: In a server 2, a right parameter generation management part 22 and a folder name-right parameter association management part 23 manage association relation between a content 6 and a right parameter showing "execution of which processing is permitted to which user". When the content right management function is not added to the application 7, the content 6 of a processing target and the right parameter are encrypted in a kernel mode. Encrypted data are transmitted to a client 3 from the server 2. In the client 3, permission/non-permission of the execution of each the processing of the application 7 to each the user is controlled based on the decrypted right parameter.
