<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect results of administration of approved medicine easily and quickly. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic medical chart system 14 comprises a terminal device 21 and a shared DB 23. The shared DB 23 has a medical chart storage part 23a for storing medical chart data, a medicine information storage part 23b for storing information on approved medicine, and an administration result storage part 23c. An administration result that is not assumed at the time of approval is stored in the administration result storage part 23c. The terminal device 21 has an administration result accepting part 27c for accepting the inputting of the administration result and storing the administration result in the administration result storage part 23c while associating it with the medical chart data.
